Holes too large in top of helmet -when it snows they clog up with snow, then start to drip VERY cold water onto your head.
Not a warm helmet - where the holes are there's just a small piece of material that goes back and forth as a vent.
Audio earpads are not very comfortable.

I would Change if I designed
this Helmet: |

Smaller holes that don't point at the sky to collect snow and rain.
Drainage system for moisture.
More comfortable earpads with speakers.
